Photo Booths Built for Brand Activations
Photo booth experiences for brand activations, product launches, sponsor lounges, and trade shows — branded overlays, lead capture, and shareable digital output.
What does a brand-activation photo booth deliver?
A brand-activation photo booth is a campaign-grade content engine, not a wedding-style print booth. It produces branded vertical video and image output (logo lockup, hashtag, sponsor mark), captures a name and email at the share step, and sends each guest a finished asset within seconds. PBPC delivers all of that with on-site staffing, a customized onboarding screen, signed-off creative ahead of event day, and a post-event export of opt-ins and asset links.
Marketing teams — share campaign date, venue, footprint, and goal, and we'll come back with a scoped proposal within two business days.
Brand and agency partners
PBPC has run activation booths for product launches, brand experiences, sponsor lounges at festivals and conferences, and trade-show floor programs — for brands directly and as a white-label production partner to national activation agencies. A selection of the brands and venues we've worked with:
As a white-label production partner, PBPC also staffs and runs booths for brands including Fidelity Investments, Adidas, Google, and Danone — at venues such as Fenway Park, AT&T Stadium, MetLife Stadium, and Mandalay Bay.
Coca-Cola & Golden Corral — national convention activation
When Coca-Cola needed an on-brand photo experience for the Golden Corral national convention in Orlando, they brought in PBPC directly. Working with Coca-Cola's customer-growth team, we ran a Popup studio booth at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club, printed Coca-Cola polar-bear branded 4×6 keepsakes for attendees, and built a live 4×4 photo mosaic from the convention's own images — backed by custom on-site event signage.

What a PBPC activation case study looks like
The full case-study deck includes campaign goal, booth format selected and why, on-site footprint, total participants, opt-in conversion, total branded assets delivered, downstream social pickup, and the cost-per-engagement math. The three examples below outline the structure marketing teams should expect; named clients will be added as attribution sign-offs come back.
Beauty brand pop-up — Seattle
Daydream AI portraits aligned to the campaign creative direction, 3-day pop-up footprint in a Pioneer Square retail space, opt-in CSV delivered to the brand's email vendor for follow-up.
Named brand pending attribution sign-off.
Conference sponsor zone — Boston
Orbit 360 motion booth as the centerpiece of a BCEC sponsor lounge, branded intro/outro cards, opt-in lead capture mapped to the sponsor's MAP for follow-up.
Named sponsor pending attribution sign-off.
Trade-show floor program — Hartford
Yearbook Headshot at the booth entry plus Social Booth on the floor, branded print and digital templates, daily CSV exports to the field-sales CRM throughout the event.
Named exhibitor pending attribution sign-off.
Three things every activation booth has to do well
A booth at a brand activation is not measured the same way as a wedding booth. The bar is content quality, share rate, and lead capture. Three things have to be right.
Shareable output
Vertical video and image formats with a clean overlay so guests share the asset to Reels, TikTok, and Stories without editing it down.
Brand fidelity
Sponsor lockup, color system, hashtag, and onboarding copy match the campaign — signed off before event day, not improvised on site.
Lead capture
Opt-in step on the send flow with name, email, and consent. CSV export after the event tied to the asset each lead received.
Best fit

Booth formats that consistently perform at activations
Not every PBPC booth is the right call for an activation. These four are the ones marketing teams keep coming back to.
Orbit 360
7–15 second slow-motion vertical clip with branded intro/outro. Highest share rate per session of any PBPC format.
Wall Mosaic
Live photo wall built from guest contributions during the event. Strong centerpiece for sponsor lounges and large-footprint activations.
Social Booth
Digital-first format optimized for share rate. Lowest friction option when total reach is the metric that matters.
Daydream AI
Stylized, themed AI portraits aligned to the campaign's creative direction. Right pick for press previews and themed launches.
The activation-grade package
An activation booking is scoped differently than a private-event booking. The standard activation package covers:
Pre-event creative
Custom overlay, animated intro, sponsor lockup, onboarding copy, and an opt-in screen. Drafts back within 5 business days of brand-asset hand-off and signed off before event day.
On-site staffing
Dedicated attendant for setup, service, and tear-down. On a multi-day activation, the same attendant runs each day so the experience stays consistent.
Lead capture & export
Name, email, and consent on the send step. CSV delivered within two business days, with each row tied to the asset that guest received.
Performance recap
Sessions, unique participants, captures by hour, opt-in conversion, and total branded assets delivered. Pulled from the booth's session log, not estimated.
