A company event at a campus like Microsoft's doesn't want a photo booth tucked in a corner — it wants a moment that pulls the room together. For an employee event at the Microsoft Commons in Redmond, PBPC built exactly that: a polished, on-brand photo experience anchored by a live photo mosaic.
The setup
We ran a Social Booth with printing against a clean boxwood-wall backdrop — a look that photographs well and keeps the footprint elegant in a corporate space. Guests got an instant branded share to their phone and a printed keepsake on the spot.
The centerpiece: a live photo mosaic
The anchor was a large-format photo mosaic — every guest photo dropped into place as a tile in one big branded image that grew over the course of the event, paired with a digital version for screens and post-event sharing. It gave the room a reason to keep coming back to the booth and the team a single hero asset to keep afterward.
Why it works for a corporate campus
- Elegant footprint. The boxwood backdrop and tower-style Social Booth read as part of the event design, not a rental table.
- Shared moment. The mosaic turns individual photos into one collective picture — the kind of thing people gather around and point to.
- Branded, print and digital. Instant prints for the keepsake, a digital mosaic and share for the screens and the internal recap.
