These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and the photo booth rental services provided by Photo Booth Picture Company (“PBPC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this site or booking our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Services
We provide photo booth rental and related event services across the markets listed on this site. The specific inclusions, run time, staffing, and add-ons for your event are those described in your written booking agreement or quote, which controls if it conflicts with general descriptions on this website.
Bookings, payment, and retainer
A booking is confirmed only when we have received your signed agreement and any required retainer. The retainer reserves your date and is applied toward your balance. The remaining balance is due by the date stated in your agreement. Prices, packages, and availability are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any non-refundable retainer, are set out in your booking agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date changes subject to availability.
Event access and requirements
You are responsible for safe, timely access to the venue, adequate space, and a standard power supply for the booth. Delays or conditions outside our control that reduce operating time are not our responsibility, and rental time is not extended without prior agreement.
Photos, media, and marketing
Guests may receive digital and/or printed images captured at your event. Unless you notify us in writing before your event, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use anonymized event images for portfolio and marketing purposes. We will honor reasonable requests to remove specific images from our marketing.
Conduct and liability
Our equipment and attendants must be treated respectfully, and you are responsible for damage to our equipment caused by you or your guests. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the services is limited to the amount paid for the booking, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Photo Booth Picture Company and may not be reproduced without permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
