What guests actually receive

What the output of an Orbit 360 photo booth looks like

Each Orbit 360 clip is a 7 to 15 second slow-motion video shot from a circular camera arm that orbits the platform at roughly 30 degrees per second. The footage is captured in 4K vertical and downsampled to a 1080 by 1920 social-ready file before it leaves the booth. Color is corrected on-site, and a branded intro card, branded outro card, music bed, and event hashtag are baked into the clip before it is delivered. Guests receive the finished video on their phone in under a minute via SMS, email, or AirDrop, which keeps the share window inside the event itself rather than days later when the moment has cooled. Compared to a printed photo strip, the Orbit 360 deliverable is built to land on Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn within the same evening as the event, which is why most brand teams pick it specifically for the share window rather than the print value.

Why the Orbit 360 booth gets attention

360-degree capture

The moving camera arm creates a more cinematic deliverable than a static photo strip ever can, and it works equally well for one guest or a group of four.

Fast social output

Clips are inherently shareable and work well for event recap content, brand reels, and post-event campaigns. The vertical 1080 by 1920 file drops straight into Reels, TikTok, and Stories without re-cropping.

Flexible styling

The platform plays elegant, high-energy, or branded depending on the event design and pacing. Music, overlay, and outro card are configured per booking, not locked to a default theme.

Memorable centerpiece

Orbit 360 acts as entertainment, crowd magnet, and content engine at the same time. Lines build naturally because guests watch other guests step on, which keeps the activation visible across the full event timeline.

How the Orbit 360 booth runs from setup to last guest

Setup window

PBPC arrives 90 to 120 minutes before doors open. The platform, orbit arm, lighting, signal monitor, and SMS gateway are all tested before the first guest steps on. Power and Wi-Fi requirements are confirmed at booking.

During the event

An on-site PBPC attendant runs the booth, manages the line, prompts groups, and confirms each clip lands on guests' phones before the next round steps on. Throughput is roughly 40 to 60 finished clips per hour for a typical activation pace.

Branded overlay pipeline

Brand assets (logo, hashtag, brand colors, sponsor lockup) are baked in before the event. The overlay is applied in-camera to every clip, so guests share the branded version, not raw footage.

Post-event gallery

Within 48 hours, the full set of clips is delivered as a downloadable gallery for the host or brand team. Hosts use the gallery for thank-you sends, social recaps, and internal review reels.

FAQ

Common booking questions

Orbit 360 is strongest when the event needs a visual centerpiece, highly shareable clips, and a booth format that feels newer than a standard print station. It tends to work best at activations, launch parties, galas, and weddings that lean cinematic rather than print-first.

Yes. The platform can play high-energy, branded, or more elegant depending on the event design, pacing, and guest expectations. Brand events usually lean into the overlay and music; weddings often prefer cleaner edits with the couple's monogram or hashtag.

Guests typically step on the platform for a 5 to 10 second sweep, and a finished, color-corrected vertical clip with branded overlay is back to them in under a minute through SMS, email, or AirDrop.

Each clip is a 7 to 15 second slow-motion video shot from a 360 degree orbit, framed for vertical viewing on Reels, TikTok, and Stories. Music, branded intro, branded outro, and event hashtag are baked into the clip before it lands on the guest's phone.

Plan for at least a 10 by 10 foot footprint with eight feet of overhead clearance so the orbiting arm has full clearance. Larger groups (more than four people on the platform) want closer to a 12 by 12 footprint.

Yes. We can recommend the better fit based on guest flow, available space, branded content goals, and whether the room needs prints, digital sharing, or motion output first. For mixed-output events we sometimes pair Orbit 360 with the Classic or Social booth.

Yes. Orbit 360 packages start higher than the Classic booth because of the platform, motion rig, and editing pipeline. The current package is listed on the pricing guide and confirmed at booking based on hours, travel, and overlay needs.
