Photo booth rentals for Cambridge conferences, biotech events, and wedding celebrations.
PBPC brings polished booth setups, branded outputs, and guest-friendly service to Cambridge events that need to feel modern, efficient, and visually on-brand.
Photo booth rentals in Cambridge start at $850.
How Cambridge bookings typically scope
Cambridge load-ins lean on tight street parking and venue freight elevators rather than open dock access. Kendall Square has limited curb staging and metered restrictions; most labs and corporate spaces require a same-day COI and a vendor badge before load-in. The Charles Hotel, Royal Sonesta, and Le Méridien route through their loading docks with scheduled windows. MIT Museum and Museum of Science deliveries enter via service entrances and need lead-time approval. Harvard-side residential streets enforce noise rules after 9 PM, so teardown timing matters at university-adjacent venues.
Start with the date, venue, and event type.
That is enough to narrow the right booth format quickly for Cambridge conferences, receptions, and social events.

A photo booth solves a real event problem.
People remember the event itself, but they also remember what they got to do there. A booth creates a participation point that works across age groups and gives guests something immediate to keep.
The goal is not just a booth. It is a cleaner event experience.
The booth has to look intentional in the room, produce output people want, and stay simple for guests to use. That is why the setup, staffing, booth selection, and pacing matter as much as the camera itself.
Better guest flow
The booth should support the room, not create friction around it.
Clean design fit
The setup should feel like it belongs at the venue instead of looking improvised.
Useful output
Whether the deliverable is print or digital, it has to feel worth keeping.
On-site support
Execution stays managed during service so the event team is not dragged into operations.
Where Cambridge clients book the booth.
Cambridge events skew academic, biotech, startup, and conference-heavy. The booth has to move quickly, look intentional in the room, and create output guests actually want to keep.
Biotech and startup launches
Recruiting events, product moments, and celebration nights that need polished guest engagement.
Conferences
A way to break up agenda-heavy days while creating branded takeaways or shareable content.
University and alumni receptions
Broad guest appeal across students, faculty, and alumni groups.
Museum and gallery activations
A cleaner footprint when the room design is part of the draw.
Wedding receptions
Print-first and glam-friendly formats for keepsake-driven evenings.
Private milestone celebrations
An active, low-friction takeaway for birthdays and reunion nights.
What Massachusetts clients say
Named feedback from recent bookings helps clarify how the booth lands in real rooms, not just in product descriptions.
Licensed, insured, and clear on the booking terms.
Licensed & insured
PBPC carries general liability insurance and provides certificates of insurance (COIs) to venues and corporate clients on request. Many hotel and convention venues require a COI before load-in — that's a standard part of confirming the booking.
Deposit policy
A signed agreement plus a 50% deposit holds the date. The remaining balance is invoiced before the event. Pricing in the quote is locked once the deposit lands, so booth, package, and add-on totals don't move between booking and event day.
Cancellation & reschedule
Cancellations made more than 60 days out forfeit the deposit only. Inside 60 days, the full balance applies. Date changes due to venue issues, weather, or scheduling conflicts can typically be rescheduled to another date within 12 months at no penalty when availability allows.
