Seattle and the Eastside have given PBPC some of our favorite rooms to work — world-class museums, downtown hotels, a stadium, and the corporate campuses that define the region. Here's a tour of the venues we've brought booths to, for our own clients and as a white-label production partner.
Museums & culture
The Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP), the Seattle Aquarium (a repeat client), the Seattle Art Museum and Seattle Asian Art Museum, and the Museum of Flight — Seattle's cultural institutions make for unforgettable backdrops.
Hotels & ballrooms
The Four Seasons Hotel Seattle, The Westin Seattle, Grand Hyatt and Hyatt Regency Seattle, the Woodmark Hotel in Kirkland, and the Hilton Bellevue — the hotel circuit behind the region's galas and corporate parties.
Stadiums, towers & conference centers
Lumen Field, the members-only Columbia Tower Club, World Trade Center Seattle, the Bell Harbor International Conference Center on the waterfront, and the Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue.
Corporate campuses
Some of the region's biggest names host events on their own turf, and we've run booths at the Microsoft Commons in Redmond, T-Mobile's Bellevue headquarters, Amazon's Meeting Center, and Bungie's studio. A few of those have their own write-ups: the Microsoft mosaic, the T-Mobile multi-booth program, and Bungie's HQ grand opening.
Why venue experience matters
- Load-in is half the job. Knowing each venue's docks, power, and timing keeps setup invisible to your guests.
- Right booth, right room. A museum gala, a stadium concourse, and a corporate campus each call for a different format.
- One standard everywhere. Our booking or a white-label activation — same production quality.
