Sodo Park is located in the SoDo (South of Downtown) neighborhood in Seattle. The building itself is centuries old, and was used as a manufacturing facility in its former life. Sodo Park is a majestic venue, with a 7,500-square-foot open floor plan which allows for design flexibility. The venue also boasts soaring ceilings, exposed beams, and romantic natural light. All of these elements, as well as custom cuisine/bar service, and the option for in-house event design, combine to make it a beacon of contemporary Seattle style. They truly have everything you need in one beautiful place!
The Foundry is an industrial-chic venue with incredible design elements, and was originally a copper and steel manufacturing plant. The name the Foundry in itself is a proud nod to the building and city’s history, while the inside has been transformed into a beautiful venue space with a gorgeous stone fireplace, rain waterfall, and rustic barn doors. The multiple rooms and spaces layer together beautifully and can accommodate up to 230 guests, or up to 550 guests for a cocktail style reception. The exclusive catering is provided by Herban Feast, and is fully seasonal and customizable, meaning your wedding reception will rival the best restaurants in Seattle. And, one last little bonus… There is loads of free parking on evenings and weekends!
The Imperia is a gorgeous throwback to 1920’s glamor and Art Deco design. Located in the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle, and overlooking Lake Union, the Imperia is an event space that really wows! The event space boasts 6000 square feet of impressive features: 10-foot chandeliers, copper ceilings, a built-in dance floor, a grand piano, an atrium, two lounges and a beautiful art-deco style bar. The Imperia also prides itself of being a full service venue, and has in-house design, decor, coordination and catering team, complete with an in-house florist. With so much to offer, and 20 years of event experience, The Imperia would be an outstanding choice for your Seattle wedding! And, fun fact, The Imperia is rumored to have been a prohibition-era speakeasy! Neat!
All Aboard one of the most unique venues in Seattle! The MV Skansonia is a fully restored and revamped, vintage ferry that is permanently docked in Bell Harbor on North Lake Union. Let’s start with the decor details: The upper deck includes two sitting rooms, a covered promenade, and a private bridal suite. The downstairs hosts a gallery wall of gold gilt framed mirrors, a wood dance floor, classic porthole windows, a wrap around bar, rows and rows of edison lights on the ceiling, and an abundance of nautical charm that will be sure to enchant your guests! Add all of that to the ‘full service’ experience Landmark Event Co. supplies, and you’re sailing directly into the sunset (only figuratively… the boat is permanently docked)!
